Carbon provides its customers with access to loans, investments, and other financial services to promote financial inclusion and help people pursue a life of prosperity. With an MBA from Wharton School and experience as a financial analyst at Deloitte & Touche and an investment banker at JPMorgan in New York, Ngozi shares his insights on the importance of transparency and access to loans in the Nigerian digital finance ecosystem, navigating the regulatory landscape, and recruiting and retaining top talent.
